"Went by Powwer Sports of Joplin on 9/20/08 just to check things out. While there I decided to buy a Suzuki 650 scooter. My credit came back refused. Was getting ready to leave when Cory in sales came and said Eric the general manager wanted to talk to me. He had done some checking and thought the bank had made a mistake. I left 15 minutes later on the bike. Just wanted to thank Eric for caring enough for his customers to go the extra mile, and just to say if you are looking for a bike, four wheeler, parts or gear shop where they care.

"Before I bought my Goldwing from you folks, everyone told me to go to Neosho & Chanute because they made better deals. I did, but your deal was better.
After I bought it, I was told your service was lousy and too high priced and to go to Neosho, Chanute or even off market repair places. THEY were wrong again. I am telling you right now, your service, sales, and parts department are second to none. This is my 4th wing in 40 years of riding, and I am happier and more satisfied right now than ever. The bike is better. The deal was great and the service is exceptional. They have all gone way beyond the normal to keep me safe and happy. You have me for life and I am spreading the word.

"Just wanted to say "thank-you" to your team for repairing my new Rebel. Unfortunately, I bought it somewhere else (I checked with your store first and you didn't have the color bike I wanted), but had to bring the bike in at only 130 miles because of clutch failure which was caused by poor setup at delivery and possibly an incorrectly installed judder spring. After my experience with the dealer that I purchased the bike from, I was not going to let anyone touch my bike except Joplin Honda. I appreciate the fact that you took care of the warranty work and the attitude and frienliness of your service team.
